DESIGN PROCESS
We will have professional jewelry designers share the entire process of creating your jewelry, from design to production. This allows you to be involved throughout the journey, making it a unique and exciting experience.
1 Communication & Appointment
After your purchase is completed, our gemologists will schedule a one-on-one consultation with you. We use Facebook, WhatsApp, or email to communicate, ensuring efficient and smooth interaction to address any questions you may have.
2 Finalizing the Design
During the design phase, we offer up to three complimentary revisions to ensure the design meets your expectations.
For more complex jewelry designs (e.g., high-end custom pieces), additional design fees may apply, calculated based on extra hours required ($30/hour).
3 Placing the Order & Budgeting
Our gemologists will recommend the most suitable materials and techniques based on your needs and budget.
You can choose from the following options:
Custom Quotation: We provide a detailed quote based on your specific requirements for diamonds, metals, and other elements.
Budget-Based Design: We create a tailored plan that fits within your budget.
Once finalized, we will create a private order for you to proceed with payment.
4 Production Process
We will keep you updated throughout the entire production process, including:
1-Hand-drawn design sketches
2-CAD 3D modeling to visualize the digital design
3-Wax model creation to verify the details
4-Metal polishing and gemstone setting for the perfect finish
5 Video Confirmation
Once your piece is completed, we will provide a video of the finished product for your review. If further adjustments are required at this stage, additional modification fees will apply ($30/hour).
6 Shipping & Delivery
After your final approval, we will arrange for secure shipping to ensure your jewelry is delivered safely and promptly to your hands.
