How to use a ring sizer
Step 1. Create a loopSecure the end of the sizer through the buckle to form a ring shape.
Step 2. Try it onSlip your desired finger (usually the left ring finger) through the loop.
Step 3. Make it snugPull the end through until the sizer fits snug but is not overly tight.
Step 4. Find your sizeWhen it fits correctly, look at the little black arrow and note your ring size.
How to measure your ring size at home
1. Use floss or a piece of string to wrap around the base of your finger.
2. Mark where the string overlaps with a pen.
3. Lay the string down on a ruler and take down the length in millimeters.
4. Find which size corresponds to your measurement on our ring size chart.
Top 5 tips to measure your ring size:
1. When using a sizer, pull tightly. The sizer must fit comfortably yet snugly to produce an accurate size.
3. Avoid measuring your fingers when they are cold or damp.
4. Bands and rings over 5 mm in width may fit your finger more tightly than rings of the same size in narrower widths.

What is the average woman or man’s ring size?
The average ring size for a woman is size 6 and the vast majority of women order rings sizes 5 through 7. The average ring size for a man is size 9 and most men order rings within the 8-12 range.
Is it better to size a ring up or down?
It's best to measure the exact ring size with a professional measurement conducted by a diamond expert, so there's no need to guess if the size is too big or too small. However, if you need to determine the size on your own, here are some general guidelines. Most engagement and wedding rings can be adjusted by one full size. However, infinity rings and eternity rings are exceptions. For these types of rings, you must measure your exact size to ensure a perfect fit.
