2-Schedule an Appointment with the Designer
After paying the design fee, you can schedule a one-on-one consultation with our jewelry designer. Based on your needs, preferences, and budget, we will begin to develop and present initial design concepts.
3-Finalizing the Design
The designer will adjust the design according to your feedback until you are completely satisfied with the jewelryās design. We ensure that every detail meets your expectations to ensure the final product is flawless.
4-Pay for the Production Fee
Once the design is finalized, you will need to pay the production fee. This fee covers the costs of the materials, craftsmanship, and labor involved in creating the jewelry. After payment, we will proceed with the production phase. Please note that we will subtract the design fee from the total jewelry cost, ensuring you receive great value while enjoying our custom services.
5-Production Begins
Upon receiving the production fee, we will begin the actual creation of your jewelry. The entire production process takes 14 days, ensuring your custom jewelry is completed within the specified time. Since custom jewelry is unique and involves a complex production process, it is non-returnable. However, we offer repair, redesign, and after-sales services to address any issues that arise during use.
1-Direct Purchase
Ready-made jewelry can be purchased directly online or in-store. Each piece has been carefully selected to ensure a perfect combination of quality and design. Once youāve chosen the jewelry you like, you can pay for it and arrange for delivery.
2-Special Customization Requests
If you have special customization requests when purchasing ready-made jewelry, such as engraving, resizing, or altering the design, we also offer customization services. Simply contact us and share your specific requirements, and our designer will work with you to incorporate these customizations into the jewelry, ensuring it becomes a unique piece just for you.
